    @1170d5abf4a902b1 contact customer service via the in-game settings menu (and don't post your user if online - only provide to customer service)

Despite my last transaction going through, I keep getting this so I can't make further purchases.   Does anyone have idea how to fix this issue ?

    Nobody will help. Nobody in the ingame support and nobody here. I have missed out on pele and foden because i cant purchase event pass. IM so disappointed

    Somebody solved with clearing the cache but i don’t know how, i Tried to cancel and reinstall the app but doesnt work for me, its really sad
