    @1170d5abf4a902b1 contact customer service via the in-game settings menu (and don't post your user if online - only provide to customer service)

Would it be possible to get the following information?

  • Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
  • Are you getting an error message? (If so what is it?)
  • What Device (make/model) are you using?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • Do you have any device or app updates pending?

I also got the same problem : Purchase Failed , The last transaction is still being processed, please be patient and try again later
