EA i just bought laurent blanc 120 at 20.55, at 20.11 the card is gone and it has been changed with 88 laurent blanc and my shards has not been returned even the rank up points. I hope u can fix it between give me back my shards and rank up points or give me the card back. Thanks, my best regards EA

Hello. I purchased Laurent Blanc 120 Gen 120 earlier today using TOTS parts, totaling 51,200 pieces. Then, a content update came out, and Blanc dropped to Gen 93. I waited all day, contacted EA customer service, and still haven't received a refund or replacement parts. On YouTube, I saw that others who experienced the same problem received their 51,200 pieces back as compensation from EA. I would like my grievance resolved.

I am waiting for a response from any @EA official regarding my issue. I constantly buy FC points, and the points or players I earn are deleted from my account, and I receive no response. I kindly request that this matter be taken more seriously. Why is my problem still unresolved? Why hasn't EA, which has resolved the issues of many users, issued a refund to me yet? Why are we not receiving the FC points we paid for in this game? I urgently await a response.
