Bug: "Swap 1 Aqua inferno Player to the Starting 11 and Complete a Match"

It happened to me as well. I tried around 4-5 matches and eventually it was ok. Try restarting the game.

I have the same big I've played all different game types and it won't tick over. I'm on pixel 8a.

I've done that 3 times and still no dice 

Same thing for me. Put a 104 Tagliafico at LB and played both VS and H2H and no dice.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our team will investigate the issue. Please also play a match in the Football Centre instead of Division Rivals and see if that resolves the problem.

I played a Football Centre match (one of the Soccer Aid event matches) and that worked as far as fulfilling the weekly task. Obviously, the text of the task is not clear if this was the intent all along—most users think of H2H, Manager Mode, and VS as “matches” as well. Hopefully EA will work to clarify this (or else correct the code so that these matches count toward the task too).
