Bug

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this, but whenever I exchange for the 125 Prolongation Tokens in the event, they appear in my in-game mail as expected. However, when I claim them from the mail, they do not get added to my account. This has happened more than once. Could you please look into this and let me know why this is happening?
