BUG

My internet is smooth but why can't I play the game loading is 100% but the game hasn't started yet please EA please fix this bug I don't want to lose my account which has a high OVR but why does this happen I have spent money on this game I feel like it's wasted because I have spent money but can't play the game, initially, I thought that this was just a problem with my Wi-Fi which was having problems but when I checked there was no problem every time I wanted to play but this is what I get please EA fix this bug
