    @ryanoncrack There is a visual bug where, after you have claimed one of the rewards it shows as being locked rather than being claimed … if you have claimed and not received the reward, then you can contact customer service and tell them you have a reward not received (don’t mention bugs - reward not received and ask them to check your game logs)

Yeah I can’t claim it at all. Just greyed out and doesn’t let me. How do I even contact customer service? I can’t seem to do that.

    @ryanoncrack Go to settings within the game and there will be a button for customer service
