@myopkit2 I completed the quest today. Visual display is the samr as yours. I have claimed Macherano but it isn't ticked. Also I claimed the reward in the first chapter as you have. That wouldn't be possible if you haven't claimed that Mascherano.You can try your luck with customer service for missing rewards. My experience is you won't get any help/solution.

@myopkit2 Are you sure you have opened and claimed each of those frozen nodes?My end claim didn’t open until I have opened each of the three nodes on each section

Yes,but still not receive it yet,i think this is bug

@myopkit2 Then contact customer service and tell them that you have missing rewards - don’t mention the word bug, they will just send you here.There are no other reports of the end claim not opening, so it might be an account issue, which only customer service can fix.Have you tried clearing your device caches and logging back in?

I have finished all the steps method and just wait,aman ask me to wait or find methods on this website,not work and I need to send this post on here🙄smh

@myopkit2 OK - so you could claim that reward on the main screen that otherwise doesn't open until an end reward item from the Artic Soldier screen has been claimed ...

As i mentioned earlier, not something that seems to have been reported by anyone else, so its likely an account specific issue and you need to contact customer service and tell them you have "rewards not received" and ask them to check your game logs to see what happened to the reward.

As previously mentioned, customer service doesn’t solve my problem; I can say the service is the worst I have ever seen. They changed totally three people to talk with me; I need to explain again and again in three days. As you mentioned, he checks the daily reward recording. He checked on the 90 rudger, not the 91 one. I think the service doesn't want to be responsible for my account. As a result, I need some people's suggestions here.
