Can't claim rewards in Retro

Hello, I recently played a match, after which I was supposed to receive a reward, but my game crashed, when I re-entered the game, a window showed me that I should receive a reward for the match, I clicked on it but nothing happened and as you can see on the screenshot, there is no repeat icon on the icon and I can’t play again to receive a reward

  • @v3m6c0onqec6 You have completed it and you can’t repeat it (it only repeats if you lose)

    If you think you didn’t get your reward (which was probably a 96 untradabke and is in your inventory with all the other untradables we get) then contact customer service and tell them you have rewards not received.

    Don’t mention the word bug

    They should be able to check your game logs and check whether you received the reward

    Why I shouldn't mention this as a bug when it's obviously one? This topic is about bugs

    @v3m6c0onqec6 When you mention bug the bots transfer you here and there is nobody here that can check specific account issue. They deal with general bugs.

    @v3m6c0onqec6 There are general bugs (things that they can send you here for, and we can pass on to the dev team) and then there are account issue that occur because of your device cache, or because of a connection issue etc where for some reason just your account is impacted - customer service can help with that, but as Sanyosa said, as soon as you mention the word bug, they just send you here.

    So, if you are absolutely certain that the reward did not show up your inventory, contact customer service via the in-game settings menu and tell them that you have missing content and explain what happened (without using the word bug)
