Can't purchase anything in-game via Google Play

I get an in-game Purchase Failed pop up every time I try to buy any InAppPurchase.
This happens on 2 devices with 2 different Google accounts (and different EA FC Mobile profiles) and has been like that for over a month or two.
Could be related to the country (Poland), maybe somehow purchase items were not configured for Poland properly on the Google Play console?
I tried reading the logs using logcat and I can see a message saying that 0 products have been received from the Google Play catalog which seems odd.
I can provide full logcat on demand if needed.
