Cant remove or sell player from market

Problem since morning it should be sold last night because of red demand but it stuck in my order.

    @Ser3ndPty Once sold you can not cancel the order. Make sure to claim the coins. Once your listing has been sold in the market it can not be cancelled.

    I bought a 94 rated Team of the Year Frimpong and when I tried to claim the player an error occured and the player was shown purchasing and when I tried to cancel the order it was shown that the order can't be cancelled. At last I couldn't claim or cancel the order, it's just stuck in the market.
