Today, I used my hall of legend points to shuffle the milestone reward to claim the 96-98 ovr icons/91 ovr mascherano card. I used my hall of legend points to claim 1 mascherano card and tried to reset the rewards by shuffling it to claim the next reward but it is not shuffling after clicking the points button. Even though my hall of legend points are not used, I hope that EA will fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hey guys please increase the points of this post for it to get attention from the ea sports admins and please share it with other users too.

There was no bug on the first day where people could claim multiple rewards from the 50 point box. You can only claim the end reward once, after that the 50 point shuffle button on that part is disabled. You can still shuffle the 10 point list and claim the gems, coins and transfer points throughout the whole event. The whole thing could have been better explained, but there is no way EA was going to have all those icons being available to claim so easily.

I have had OVR 99 for days and have Not been able to make even one selection. I just want the JM14 Rank up card, the rest of the players suck compared to what I have. I had issue with Copa quarter finals and Euro Rewards Milestone unable to select. Which I documented and reported to customer service. They are just horrible with off topic responses, the ticket is still open with no compensations.

@NHLRocks Sorry - but you will have to contact customer service and get them to check your account / game logs … as far as I know there have been no reports of players not being able to make a selection, only of not being able make a subsequent selection.

Contact customer service ask them to review your game logs to confirm that a selection has not been made and you have not received a player from that screen.
