Collision Teammates bug

In what game mode did the bug occur? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Many times, teammates collide with each other, creating openings and advantages for the opponent within the player. This collision, which I find unrealistic in any football game I've seen, often complicates defensive efforts.
