Constant ping but connection lost

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Mi(Xiaomi)
What's your device's firmware? 6GB
What is your game version? 24
In what game mode did the bug occur? H2H
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Connection lost problem but other event game and vs attack are constant problems to play h2h
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 4:15

    I Play EA FC ON Emulator Recently I am facing some net issue i cant play h2h match always disconnecting from matches.without vpn the ping always shows 999 when go divison page || sometimes i can play with vpn but also when using vpn also i got disconnecting from and it says (disconnect cherry 02x....) and whatever it says || Pls slove this problem as soon as possible

    When i go to divison rival page there my newtwork is all fine but the ping showing 999 when i connect vpn it gets normal 

    with vpn connected i start a match loads 100% but then this  error pop out  "Disconnection Error" "Network problem (cherry)0x200010F" pls ea sports fix this problem as soon as possible || I can't play h2h with having this error

    Please fix this developer every time I’m playing dvr it keeps saying connection poor when it’s I don’t know whether someone hacked into my account and shown that up or whether please fix this issue and give me gift package after sorted
