Daily Rewards not Granted for TOTS Quests

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? Iphone 14s
What's your device's firmware? ios
What is your game version? 25
In what game mode did the bug occur? Milestones
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Daily Quests rewards were not given for “Play TOTS”, “TOTS Warm Up”, and “TOTS Quest Master” which also prevented me from earning all available Daily Quests rewards. I have earned all available TOTS credits and rewards, and played all required matches and skills tests for this 24-hour period.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 09:00 PM Los Angeles time

    @thor12004 They all reset at the same time, are you playing right around reset such that you are playing matches before and claiming after?

    Have you force closed and reopened the app?

    Restarted the device to see if they register?
