Declan Rice 98ovr tots 3* sm issue
Declan rice 98ovr tots card is having 3* skill moves but can't perform any 3* sm. It's like 2*. Kindly resolve this issue.

- @82ydo4lyzl2h make sure the skills are enabled also you have to swipe on skill button. If you just tap on it he'll the assigned skill. Go to team editing then select skill moves, see if you have equipped and enabled the skills.
Skills are enabled. I have other 3* skill moves players, they don't have any issue. But Declan rice tots is 3* but skills till 2* are enabled.
I need someone from EA to verify. It is showing 3* but it's not in reality. Please fix it soon.
