Didn’t Receive 109 OVR Player from 109 Prize Pick (Extra Time Event)

I purchased the 109 Prize Pick in the Extra Time event using 2000 tokens. The pack clearly shows it’s a guaranteed 109 OVR pick, but when I opened it, I did not receive any 109 OVR players in my 4-card selection — just lower-rated players.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take a screenshot of the actual pick screen, but I’ve attached a screenshot of the pack offer that clearly shows the guaranteed 109 OVR prize.
