Re: Festive Fixtures Badge - +1 OVR Boost Issue

In EA FC Mobile, during the Festive Fixtures event, I have fully upgraded the crest, but I did not receive the promised +1 OVR boost

have tried restarting the game, but the issue still persists.

I kindly request that this issue be investigated and that the +1 OVR boost be applied to my account.
