Hello. I purchased Laurent Blanc 120 Gen 120 earlier today using TOTS parts, totaling 51,200 pieces. Then, a content update came out, and Blanc dropped to Gen 93. I waited all day, contacted EA customer service, and still haven't received a refund or replacement parts. On YouTube, I saw that others who experienced the same problem received their 51,200 pieces back as compensation from EA
