Error with EA FC Mobile Hero Expansion Chronicls

I hadnt face this issue during the last 2 days but rn i cannot reveal my hero. Its is higly dragging my process to getting players like Hazard,Stam,Toure and Maicon. I wish its to be fixed in the earliest as possible but thanks for your efforts on all the other works love it a lot.
