Re: La roja bug

Subject: Rise of La Roja event disappeared but tokens are still being earned

Hello EA Support,

I have encountered a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

The Rise of La Roja event has completely disappeared from my Events menu, even though the event has not ended yet.

However:

I am still earning La Roja Tokens by playing Division Rivals.

I currently have 915 La Roja Tokens.

The in-game Store is still selling La Roja Token packs.

Because the event is missing, I cannot spend my tokens or claim any rewards.

This appears to be a bug affecting my account.

Please investigate this issue and either:

restore the Rise of La Roja event to my account, or

compensate me for the rewards that I cannot claim due to this bug.

I have screenshots showing:

the missing event,

the tokens still being earned,

the token packs still available in the Store.
