Extra time locked - When are y’all fixing this?

Yeah brother extra time free pick is locked the only opened extra time pick for me is laliga pick all other picks are locked

Hey there! Can I please confirm if you haven't claimed the Extra Time token already? These tokens reset weekly, and many accounts that we have reviewed have already used this option, thinking it was unavailable.

Woke up in the morning,ate breakfast and play some game,then when I done exchanging the tokens, go check the extra time pick,and both laliga and star pick show 1/1 with the countdown for reset 

I still have 46k token,no new player when I check my team 

If you reviewed my account and still show used then there’s something with your system

Check the Menew account,Menew2 my alt account I exchanged the 40k already

I rechecked 3 hours ago if I remembered right,still 1/1
