Extra time is not working… please fix this asap …

Hey abuudarda,

Good question! Here's how you'd send a DM:

Open up the person's profile page. In this case, EA_Pulsar's

Click the purple 'Message' button to the top right-hand side of their profile

A message window should appear.

Fill in the subject line: Extra time not working - [User Name] - [Date]

Fill in the message box with the following info:

User ID (follow this link)

Device name

Connection type

Region

Then select 'Send Message'.

And your message will be sent through.
