Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"

For a few days. Extra time pick is not openining.It says:Please try again later and it only shows me the exit button

Umm same problem here.. From the past 3 days

I can't open extra time and it says sorry something went wrong, it's been like this for 2 days straight and only few people are facing this

Hey abuudarda​, 

Good question! Here's how you'd send a DM:

1. Open up the person's profile page. In this case, EA_Pulsar's
2. Click the purple 'Message' button to the top right-hand side of their profile
3. A message window should appear.
   1. Fill in the subject line: Extra time not working - [User Name] - [Date]
   2. Fill in the message box with the following info: 
      1. User ID (follow this link) 
      2. Device name 
      3. Connection type 
      4. Region 
   3. Then select 'Send Message'.

And your message will be sent through.
