Hello EA Team,

I'm experiencing an issue in FC Mobile 25 where I'm unable to access the "Extra Time" section. Whenever I try to open it, I receive an error message that says:  "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I am facing this issue from last 5 days. I would also like to request some compensation, as I was unable to open the Extra Time Pick last week, which caused me a significant loss.

I have already tried the following steps:

Restarted the app

Checked my internet connection

Cleared the app cache

Made sure the game is up to date

Despite these steps, the issue still persists. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know if there's a fix or if it's a server-side issue.

same thing is happening with me and many other players but they arent fixing it let alone compensating for it

are they really gona fix this extra time **bleep** and compensate us for not being able to open extra time pick from last week or not?
