Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"

I can't open extra time picks in my I'd.when i am opening extra time picks in my I'd it's saying that an error occurred something went wrong.please help me to open extra time picks I have many extra time token I don't want them to be wasted.

I have the same problem, please fix the errors or we will leave the game

i am facing Same Problem for more than 3 days.....

Has ea started to fix this issue because it’s been going on for a long time. I even have enough players to exchange for tokens and get the 12k picks .  I don’t understand why it’s taking so long and why this issue is only for a few people 

I am unable to open the extra time event since 29th June 2025 it shows the same thing again and again (something went wrong) I’ve been facing similar issues for a long time now missing content/packs/players etc. but whenever i try contacting the in-game customer service there’s never any suitable response for the issue they always try avoiding the issue saying the game isn’t in our control we cannot do anything and just rush to close the case! It’s just annoying! If you’re not capable of providing services please don’t even bother giving irrelevant information! I would adviseBeruthien​AwesomePewPew​EA_AgentX​EA_Bogdan​Melcious​brandedrespawn​EA_Guile​ any high profile staff from EA to either get in touch with whoever is incharge with dealing with customer issues or just replace the customer service team entirely cause the people in current team ain’t doing their job as they should!

Also, you are not giving any feedback. If you continue like this, you will have no choice but to lose players. At least 4 of my friends started playing this game thanks to me. If I am stranded because of this problem, rest assured that I will denigrate this game and the team everywhere. Also, I will create a complaint message many times with every communication channel I can reach. If you don't know what you are doing, FIND someone who does !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
