I can't open extra time and it says sorry something went wrong, it's been like this for 2 days straight and only few people are facing this

Hey abuudarda,
Good question! Here's how you'd send a DM:
- Open up the person's profile page. In this case, EA_Pulsar's
- Click the purple 'Message' button to the top right-hand side of their profile
- A message window should appear.
- Fill in the subject line: Extra time not working - [User Name] - [Date]
- Fill in the message box with the following info:
- User ID (follow this link)
- Device name
- Connection type
- Region
- Then select 'Send Message'.
And your message will be sent through.
