Extra time is not working… please fix this asap …

Setiap kali saya ingin membuka event di extra time, selalu ada tulisan " sedang ada masalah, cobalah lagi nanti " itu kenapa ? tolong di fix
so its been more than one week that i can not access extra time? whenever i try to open it, it shows error message which is attached below. so my question to ea officials is that weather they are going to solve this issue or not as i am not just the only one having this issue. Many others are also experiencing the same issue. Is EA going to fix it and compensate us or not for not being able to open extra time picks.

My extra time ( daily picks) isnt working. When i try to open its showing something like i send in that attachment. Please check it out and fix this glitch soon. Thank You

HelloEA_Pulsar Ive been having the same issue. I havent been able to access extra time from the past few days. I had access to it earlier but i dont know what happened, now whenever i try to open extra time i get the “Something is wrong please try again later issue” Please help.
