Hardware specs too low" error on OPPO A5x

Hello EA Support Team,

I am facing a strict hardware block error in FC Mobile that says "Sorry, your hardware specs are too low to run the game". However, my phone is a newly released OPPO A5x which runs on a powerful Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1 processor and Android 15 (ColorOS 15).

My hardware completely satisfies the game's actual requirements, but it seems the game engine or server filter is misdetecting my new phone model as an unsupported legacy device.

Please look into this compatibility issue and whitelist the OPPO A5x model in the upcoming optimization update.
