Thank you all for sharing your information with us. I've passed all the details on to the game teams, and they are investigating this issue. Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates at this time.

    I also have the same issue. It's with this thing, my user is Al-Madridlona, I'm using a Tecno Spark 30 Pro, this is quite confusing since I can't claim it
