@whynor1 Ok - so the team has got back to me - they have seen some instances of this and are investigating, so they have a couple of questions and have asked if can you provide a couple of screen shots please:
Have you finished all off the kick-off requirements?
Can you please provide screen shots showing the full quest screen, the full kick off screen (so they can see it is completed) and the full daily log-in screen.
