Subject: Mid-Season Claim Bug

Dear Support,

Mid-Season tasks auto-complete with a green tick before I claim. Rewards don't arrive.

Repro: Complete tasks → return to menu → tick appears, no claim button, no reward.

Please fix and compensate. Need screenshots? Let me know.
