After updating to the new FC Mobile 27 version today, I am unable to enter the game. The app displays an error message stating that my device is incompatible or not working with this version.Before this seasonal update, I could play the game completely fine without any issues.My Device Specifications:Phone Model: realme C100 5GProcessor / Chipset: MediaTek Dimensity 6300OS: AndroidPlease check and optimize the game compatibility for this chipset so players using this device can return to the game.

My realme 5 is no longer showing EA SPORTS FC Mobile in the Google Play Store. I would like to know why my device is considered incompatible with the latest version.

My device meets the published basic requirements:

Device: realme 5 (RMX1911)

Android version: Android 10

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 665

RAM: 4 GB

Storage: 64 GB (around 10.7 GB free)

Google Play Protect: Device is certified

The device is running Android 10, which is above the stated minimum Android 7 requirement. The Snapdragon 665 uses Adreno 610, which does not appear in the listed unsupported GPU models.

FC Mobile is not appearing in my Google Play Store search, so I cannot install/update the latest version.

Could you please confirm whether the realme 5 (RMX1911) was intentionally removed from the supported-device list, or whether this is a compatibility/listing error?

Like idk now but it worked yesterday so I just deleted it and waiting for tomorrow

EA can you please investigate this situation please because I spent a lot of money on this device and I am not the only with this issue so you would be really helping us out by investigate an fixing this issue 

My phone samsung galaxy M14 4g is not compatible help me guys

Same here. This needs to be fixed, some users have invested alot of time and money to just not be able to play any longer. Hope EA fixes this ASAP.

I have the same phone and issue. The A05s meets most of the specs yet its not compatible
