i packed 109 ovr player on 2 june 2025 , i rankup it by using 3 Mascherano and give him 20 lvl training , after some time he got disappeared from lineup and replaced by my old player with same 20 lvl training automatically, i don't know it is a bug or glitch or any server problem , he is totally disappeared from my account , 48+ hours past but i didn't get him back.
i packed 109 rated Fernando hierro before him i have 101 rated tah with 4 rank up in my lineup , i replaced my tah with hierro and give him 20 lvl training and tah have 0 lvl training , but after some hour hierro automatically replaced with my old player tah and 20 lvl of training , and totally disappeared from my account.

are you sure you didn't accidentally put them in an exchange for tokens?
If you are certain that you have not accidentally sold/exchanged/used for training - then contact customer service and tell them that you have missing content ... they should be able to check your game logs to see what happened
