Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

Ever since the transition from FC26 to FC27 in FC Mobile, every player I add to my squad still appears as part of the starting XI in the exchange system, even after I remove them; consequently, I am unable to convert them into exchange tokens. I even tried switching the device I use to log in, hoping the issue would resolve itself, but the problem persists. I believe this issue needs to be fixed urgently.

By the way, the players I mentioned aren't included in any other squad setup—neither on the bench nor in the starting XI.
