Re: From Grass To Glory bug

On my son’s iPad, the “Go to Exchange” banner is on top of all different items one can get. So the banner does not allow him to claim any of them. I started a chat two days ago with a sceeenshot and still no response. Anyone have the same problem and how can I fix it? Because he is a minor,I cannot just delete the app and install again.
