I am reaching out regarding the massive economic imbalance caused by the recent 119 OVR Donyell Malen Star Shards exchange glitch.

 

While many players were able to generate hundreds of thousands of free Star Shards by utilizing the unintended 500-purchase and 1,500-recycle loop, I played the game fairly. More importantly, I spent real money to purchase premium FC Points to build my team and complete 40 drafts during this exact event timeframe.

 

Because I spent premium paid currency while the shard market economy was broken by this exploit, the value of my paid packs has been heavily diminished compared to those who exploited the bug.

 

Since I did not benefit from the glitch and spent real resources on your game, I am requesting a manual review of my account for fair compensatory Star Shards or premium event packs as a gesture of goodwill to paying, legitimate players.
