(HH:MM AM/PM) 0800 UTC+0530The bug is this -- On my previous A52s running Snapdragon 778G, I'm able to boost the graphics settings to Ultra and max out all the graphics settings. The device is more than 2 years old and yet I'm able to do this.- On my new S24+ running Exynos 2400 / 12 GB RAM, I'm not able to change the graphics settings to the max. It should be possible since this processor is almost equivalent to the top of the line snapdragon chip unless there's a setting that's preventing us from changing it. I'm attaching both screenshots from my previous device and the current one. Its a bit silly that a phone with the top end chip cannot have the settings maxed out. Could you please advise?

@rydrg Some Android devices have issues with displaying the high end graphics despite seemingly having the hardware specs to do so … troubleshooting is attached, but it is likely a graphics compatibility issue with your device 🫤

I also use S24 plus too. Previously, I used Galaxy note 10 with Snapdragon. Graphics can be adjusted to maximum and the player's models can be shown. But now with my S24+ I can not see the model of any player. I think they should fix it asap.

I think it is because the game is not optimize to use with Exynos.

Thanks for responding. I did check the device coverage guide but it appears to be a few years old - the last galaxy devices are S22 for instance, which came out a few years back.

@KissXsisII - Ah, sounds like an Exynos thing. I really hope the devs take a look and enable it OR explicitly call it out and mention that it's unsupported.
The latest versions of the Galaxy S have Exynos pretty much across the globe except US / CA / China. 🙃

How can we do now ? I really want to see player's models. I want Devs to know that it is not a small problems. Our phones are not cheap, it's latest flagship of Samsung. It could play almost every single game now.
