Re: Disconnection Error 0x04000000

Hello EA Support. I am experiencing a connection problem in FC Mobile H2H.
The match loads normally and kickoff begins, but shortly after kickoff I get disconnected and receive error code 0x04000000. My network is MTN 4G and the in-game ping is green/low. Other FC Mobile game modes work normally; the problem happens specifically in H2H.
Please investigate whether this is a server or H2H connection issue. I can provide screenshots or a video of the problem if needed.

    I'm also going through the same thing but for some reason it happens to my opponent then to me so it's random. Pls fix it as well if possible. My username is The_GOAT12345678
