Hey jxvl4s3fz0yt,
Glitches can sometimes be caused by technical issues. I recommend a handy troubleshooting guide depending on the device you're gaming from. Are you using an Android or iOS device?
In the meantime, to be ready for troubleshooting, please make sure your game is backed up and jot down your User ID . This will help ensure your game data is saved and the support team can locate it through the User ID if you need their help accessing it.

Don't mark this as solution, this is avoiding your responsibility with a useless reply, this have been happening since the rebranding of fc mobile, I always thought with the h2h updates, fixes things might get better but we still get disconnected with 5g connection, with high speed wifi, with a good gaming phone, on Android and iOS both and if I'm disconnected you should detect this is cherry glitch and atleast don't make me loose my trophies
I’ve had it happen to me too (playing on an iPad with up to date iOS and high-speed internet connection), and it’s definitely NOT my internet connection dropping out. It tends to occur with frequency for a couple of days (during which I just have to avoid H2H or drop too many trophies) and then seems to go away for maybe a week or two. It’s totally maddening because there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it and it doesn’t appear to have anything to do with my device or internet connection (which have been unchanged throughout my time on the game).
Having a fibre at home with a relatively good modem and Wifi 6 mesh for argument's sake, does not mean that your internet provider or peering between them and EA works flawlessly. There is a lot of equipment between your modem at home or the local cell site and EA servers. Likewise for your opponent. Then there is latency, etc.
While some of the network issues might be EA's fault/problem, there is a lot more problems with the end users and their equipment/providers.
