Re: Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"

I am experiencing an issue on my main account in EA Sports FC Mobile. Every time a match reaches Extra Time, I receive a "Something went wrong" error and the game either crashes or returns me to the home screen. However, my secondary account works perfectly fine on the same device.

Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:

  • Cleared app cache and data
  • Reinstalled the game
  • Tested different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)
  • Checked for device and game updates

 

Despite these steps, the issue persists only on my main account. I suspect there might be a problem with my account’s saved data or a server-side error.

Could you please investigate this issue and, if necessary, reset my match progression so I can continue playing normally?
