Hero Expedition Mission not updating + Hero Puzzles not showing up

So, I've started playing in the last 2 weeks and I've done my Hero Expedition missions almost every single day since I've unlocked them, but when I go check on the mission, its stuck at 0/30. I also do not have access to the Hero Puzzles, for some reason. I checked with my friends and they have them, is it locked by level?
