Heroes Chronicles Path - only one option available in final steps

Question

I reached the end of route, on the bottom path, and I should have activated all 3 options at the end (free box, exchange, mystery pack), but I only have the bottom one (mystery pack). in this way, being forced to choose that option, it is impossible for me to complete the route.
