Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Hi EA Support, I’m reporting an FC Mobile compatibility issue with my Samsung Galaxy A06 (SM-A065F) running Android 16.

My device is no longer showing FC Mobile on Google Play and says it is not compatible. What makes this confusing is that FC Mobile still works on devices that are significantly weaker than the A06.

Could you please investigate whether the A06 was accidentally removed from the supported devices list? It seems strange that weaker devices can run the game while the A06 cannot.

I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and hopefully restore compatibility for the Galaxy A06.
