Dear FC Mobile Devs,
I am sure that there are a majority of people facing this problem and they are unsatisfied about it and they lose their motivation to continue playing this game and it's a big slap in the face to free to play players. This was an opportunity for them to get a great player, then a blind mistake erases that opportunity.
I have four possible solutions for this problem:
1. Release a patch and give everyone the 85 ovr of the icon they chose, as it would be harder to give it only to the people who missed, and it won't give off an advantage as these path exchanges cannot be repeated.
2. Restart the whole icon journey as if the update came out today, and let people start from the beginning.
3. Create an exchange where you exchange a 90 ovr icon for the missing card.
4. Allow us to use the normal base icons for these three players for the 1st exchange in the path.
I hope you consider this message and these solutions, if you want people to love this game and still play it, then please do something about this issue.
We always deserve a second chance.

there would be a simpler and more painless solution. change the exchange criterion with an 85+ or a Toty 85+, 87+ etc. However, it is necessary to reach a certain number of victories to obtain the next step. why tie the exchange to a specific player if I still have to go through the previous step? especially if this criterion is not clearly documented before arriving at the moment of exchange. It is absurd! At this point I don't want it to be intentional.

Hi, Same has happened for me with my 87 OVR Cannavaro Card. I searched a lot but couldn't find it anywhere. looks like i have accidentally used it in exchange in quick add and completed the exchange. i have also completed the 40 wins in the icon event. but i don't have card to exchange. the above solutions given by you are feasible, since lots of players have gone through this.
