I accidentally exchanged my cannavaro so now I can’t get the upgraded versions even when I have completed the games. Some of my friends and probably a lot of other people probably also have these pro...

    @wwlvzzryu8pi yeah - not a bug - clear from the event, the guide, the live stream that you use the previous version In the exchange for the next version - sorry, but you are out of luck

I accidentally used my 85 unreadable Cannavaro for other exchange..now I can't proceed the process of my next Cannavaro 87 exchange...EA any solution

      No, this is important to get to EA. I don't care if they're tens, hundreds, they didn't give us any warning neither notice on TOTY page. This was EA's fault only.
