I accidentally exchanged my TOTY evolutions 85 cannavaro

I accidentally exchanged my cannavaro so now I can’t get the upgraded versions even when I have completed the games. Some of my friends and probably a lot of other people probably also have these problems as there are so many exchanges and most people don’t check who they exchange or don’t know they need their 85 cannavaro.

    @wwlvzzryu8pi yeah - not a bug - clear from the event, the guide, the live stream that you use the previous version In the exchange for the next version - sorry, but you are out of luck

    So we are not going to get any compensation or anything even though it did not state that we were going to need him later on, we wern't even warned when we put him in to the exchange

    @just_fifa123 I know right no warning no nothing. It's kinda sad because now we can't get a 93ovr card. They should atheist warn us or make a way so we can get him back

    Us bro... big us 😭😭 !! I also accidentally exchange the Rivaldo (85 OVR) card in exchange section. I didn't know the rule that the Rivaldo cards are necessary to exchange with the higher OVR Rivaldo Cards 😭 !! I feel extremely sorry. Can EA make a decision to get back the card by restoring the exchanges 🥺 !! Please.... EA Sports Team 🥺😭 !!

    Same here have exchange the 85 ovr card without knowing,what is the next step.
