I already linked my ea account but I can't get the quest rewards

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? Iphone XR
What's your device's firmware? Latest
What is your game version? Latest
In what game mode did the bug occur? Milestones
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't collect my rewards
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Ever since the quest came out

I linked my ea account to my fc mobile account but it doesn't let me collect the rewards

    @Zayn343 Contact customer support via the in-game settings menu - tell them you have rewards not received - don’t mention the word bug

    I wanna ask I have the same problem that I linked it but I didn't get the quest done in the game what should I do?
