Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

Hello EA Support,

I am having a compatibility issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my OPPO A18.

Device: OPPO A18
RAM: 4 GB
Storage: 128 GB
Chipset: MediaTek Helio G85
GPU: ARM Mali-G52 MC2
Android: 15
ColorOS: 15.0

Google Play Store does not show FC Mobile as available for my device. When I check the EA/Google Play listing, it says that the device is unsupported.

I also installed FC Mobile through the OPPO App Store, but the game does not open and I cannot play.

I have approximately 54 GB of free storage, so storage is not an issue.

According to the current EA system requirements, Mali-G52 MC1 is listed as unsupported, but my device uses Mali-G52 MC2. OPPO A18 is also not specifically listed among the unsupported OPPO models.

Could you please check whether OPPO A18 is intentionally unsupported for the current FC Mobile version, or whether this is a device compatibility/Google Play detection issue?

If possible, please let me know if there is an official fix or if OPPO A18 may be supported in a future update.
