I bought the pass, the money was charged to my card, but the purchase made an error twice... I need help.

Hey, @Kaio1241, Could you please provide more details about the issue with your account? Let us know the specific item that was purchased and describe the error that occurred. Is this related to FC 24? Also, which platform are you using?

    Yes, I can, I play FC mobile, I bought the premium star pass, the money was deducted from my card, but I didn't receive the pass. I repeated the purchase twice, and both times the same error occurred.
